It is the shortest trek you will ever experience. The trek will be completed in 2 days and 1 night. Here is the complete tour plan and route overview by Shangri-la Voyages.
- Day one: Arrival in Kathmandu
You will be arriving at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA). At the airport, we will receive you and bring you to the hotel for your stay.
- Day two: Sightseeing
The next day, you will be taken for sightseeing. You will be taken to different places, Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur. You will be visiting some of the ancient durbar and temples. The purpose of this is to connect you and Nepalese culture.
- Day three: Drive to Pokhara and boat ride at Phewa Lake
Early morning, after having breakfast, we will head towards Pokhara. The ride to Pokhara will take 6 hours and 20 minutes.
Once we reached Pokhara. You will be taken to the hotel for rest. After a few hrs of rest, you will be taken for a boat ride. The boat ride will be done on Phewa Lake.
- Day Fourth: Drive to Kande. Trek to Australian Base Camp
After having breakfast, we will head from Pokahar to Kande. Then we take a cab to the Kande via Sarangkot /Phedi. It will take 1.25 hours to reach the starting point of our trek.
After that, we will head toward the Australian Base Camp. Our trek will be off for 2 to 3 hrs up hills. We will be seeing beautiful mountains like Annapurna, Machhapuchhre, and Huichuli.
If you want to see the sunrise view. We suggest you stay overnight at the Australian Base Camp.
- Day Five: Trek down to Phedi via Dhampus/ Drive to Pokhara
We will be seeing the sunrise early morning. The view from there is mesmerizing. After we enjoyed the sunrise. We will have breakfast and trek down to Phedi. After reaching Phed, we will drive back to Pokhara.
- Day six: Drive to Kathmandu
This is our last day. Early morning, we will depart for Kathmandu. It takes the same time to reach Kathmandu as it does to go from Kathmandu to Pokhara.
- Day seven: Final departure
The next day after you reach Kathmandu. Our guide will take you to the airport and bid you goodbye.
