Mundhum Trail Trek is a newly established trekking trail in the eastern part of Nepal. The journey begins in Diktel, near the Halesi temple. Without a doubt, it is the most recently implemented official trek in Nepal, since 2018. The trail crosses the ridge from where you can see a magnificent view of the peaks and mountains of the Himalayas. This walk allows you to learn about the cultures of the Rai and Limbu ethnic groups.

The term Mundhum comes from the sacred book of the Kirat people, indigenous inhabitants who live in this area. The Pikey Peak trek offers one of the best views of Mount Everest, the highest mountain in the world. On the route, you can enjoy impressive landscapes and the rich vegetation of the Lower Khumbu region.
